Molly’s Comedy Cabaret (“MCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.

Molly’s Comedy Cabaret uses HubSpot as our customer relationship management (CRM) and email communications platform.

- record communications and inquiries;
- manage booking prospects and relationships;
- process website form submissions;
- manage email subscriptions and consent; and
- send communications to people who have agreed to receive them or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
HubSpot acts as a service provider processing information on our behalf when we use its services for our business activities.
HubSpot and its service providers may process information in Canada or other jurisdictions. As a result, information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is processed or stored.
7. Website Technology and Cookies
Our website and the companies that help us operate it may collect limited technical information necessary for functionality, security, troubleshooting, and form processing.

HubSpot-enabled forms or website features may also use cookies or similar technologies depending on the features we have enabled.
Molly’s Comedy Cabaret does not currently use Google Analytics.
We do not currently use personal information collected through the website for behavioural advertising.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Our school performances are designed for young audiences, but our website inquiry, booking, and subscription forms are intended for use by adults, including parents, educators, school administrators, presenters, and other professionals.
