Live theatre can be exciting, memorable, and accessible — and students shouldn’t have to visit a traditional theatre to experience it.
Molly’s family shows bring colourful characters, familiar music, comedy, and genuine audience participation directly to school communities. Students don’t simply watch the story unfold. They help Molly solve problems, make choices, sing, move, imagine, and become part of the experience.
We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the joy of live theatre.
Bringing a performance directly into a school removes some of the barriers that can prevent children from experiencing professional live entertainment and gives students the opportunity to discover theatre in a familiar, welcoming environment.
Our shows are designed to make joining in easy. Familiar music creates an immediate connection, comedy invites laughter, and interactive moments give students permission to participate rather than simply sit quietly and watch.
For some students, it may be their first experience with live theatre.
We hope it won’t be their last.

There’s just one small problem: Bob the Stage Manager has lost the script.
Now Molly needs the students’ help to figure out what happens next.
Along the way, they meet unexpected characters, help solve problems, sing familiar songs, and guide Molly through a musical adventure where audience participation is part of the story. The story naturally explores themes of confidence, self-expression, kindness, and standing up for yourself, with moments that can open conversations about bullying and how we treat others.
It’s playful, funny, and designed to encourage imagination, problem-solving, active participation, and the confidence to express yourself.

Featuring songs students recognize from popular family movies, Molly’s powerhouse vocals, comedy, interactive games, and plenty of opportunities to join in, the show explores some of the wonderful things music can do.
Music can help us feel big feelings. It can make us move. It can spark memories and imagination. And it can bring people together.
Students are invited to sing, move, play, and discover their own connection to music along the way.

Search for the Christmas Penguin
A musical Christmas adventure with one very important question: where is the Christmas Penguin?
Molly leaps into a magical book and sets off on a journey to discover the true meaning of Christmas.
Along the way, students encounter familiar holiday characters including Scrooge, Rudolph, and the Little Drummer Boy — and help Molly continue her search.
Filled with music, laughter, storytelling, and audience participation, Search for the Christmas Penguin brings a little theatrical magic into the school during the holiday season.

The Experience Doesn’t Have to End When the Curtain Closes.
A school performance can be the beginning of the conversation, not the end.
Each of our family shows includes FREE downloadable student activity materials, with teacher guides available for selected productions, designed to help extend the experience beyond the performance.
Students can continue exploring ideas from the show through activities such as colouring, puzzles, drawing, writing, discussion, and creative prompts.
Teachers can use the downloadable activities and teacher resources to help continue conversations sparked by the performance, including creativity, self-expression, confidence, kindness, and connection.
We are happy to work with schools to create additional opportunities for students to connect with live performance.

Meet Molly
Molly Wilson is an actress, singer, writer, musical comedian, and experienced performance coach from Chilliwack, British Columbia.
Known for her powerhouse vocals, quick comedic timing, and warm audience connection, Molly has performed throughout Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
Together with Bob the Stage Manager and DJ Hot Fingers, Molly creates welcoming interactive performances where young audiences are encouraged to laugh, sing, imagine, and participate.
The goal is simple: Help more children discover how joyful live theatre can be.
